40th Anniversary of the Zwinger

40 years ago, the Kinder- und Jugendtheater was opened under the direction of Christian Sorge as a division of the Theater Heidelberg with its own venue (Zwinger 3), which gives us A reason to celebrate:
On Saturday, 13 July 2024, from 14:00 to 18:00, the Junges Theater will be offering numerous activities in the Zwinger and its courtyard in the form of various short workshops for families, children, young people and anyone interested in theatre. The workshops provide a playful introduction to theatre and the various tools that are part of it.
All visitors, regardless of age, are invited to drop by and experience theatre for themselves. Or take a look back at 40 years of successful theatre for children and young people in Heidelberg's old town using the photos on display. And of course - as with every birthday - there will be coffee and cake.
