Morris Weckherlin (he/him) was born in Switzerland in 1996. He studied English literature, history and sinology at the University of Zurich.
From 2017 to 2020, he studied acting at the Zurich University of the Arts. During this time, he performed at the Theater Stadelhofen, the Südpol Luzern and the Wildwuchs Festival Basel.
In the 2020/21 season, he was a studio member at Schauspielhaus Chemnitz, where he co-developed a play on the climate crisis as part of a collective.
From 2021 to 2024, he was a permanent ensemble member at the Zimmertheater Tübingen, where he worked with Peer Mia Ripberger, Hannah Zufall, Magdalena Schönfeld, Jana Vetten and David Moser, among others, and performed in the world premiere of »Nicht mein Feuer« by Laura Naumann.
He can now be seen as a guest in »Momo.«
