In addition to the Wiener Staatsoper, he has also sung at the Semperoper Dresden, the Staatsoper Berlin, the Teatro alla Scala in Milan and the Teatro La Fenice in Venice, the Opéra de Paris, the Teatro Real in Madrid, the Houston Grand Opera and the Chicago Lyric Opera.
